We participated in an exhibitor visit held at the Kyoto Booth in the Kansai Pavilionon Friday, April 4.
Many Kyoto exhibitors attended, and we checked the booth’s setup including its interior design, atmosphere, background music, display niches, and waiting room.
We also received useful guidance on exhibition procedures and important points to keep in mind.
itswellness.org is scheduled to exhibit in September and will now begin preparing in earnest.

A test run was conducted on the day, with public access to parts of the venue such as pavilions and restaurants.

4月4日（金）、関西パビリオン京都ブースで出展者向けのプレビューが開催されました。当日は多数の出展者が集まり、ブースの内装や雰囲気、BGM、展示用のスペースや控室などの設営状況を、それぞれが確認しました。itswellness.orgは9月と10月に出展予定です。
