We had the honor of planning and guiding a Tokyo FAM tour for tour planners from a Canadian travel company. Over three days, we guided participants through Meiji Shrine, Otemachi no Mori, Yanaka-Nezu-Sendagi, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo Garden, Hachioji, and Mt. Takao.

A forest bathing experience for business professionals was held at the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. It was a perfect day for a great tour, with beautiful clear skies.

Due to the rising summer temperatures in Japan in recent years, itswellness will only offer custom-designed and arranged tours from July 10 to September 10 to prevent heat-related illnesses. We ask for our customers' understanding as this decision prioritizes the health and safety of both guests and guides.

itswellness successfully conducted its first forest bathing experience in Okutama, Tokyo’s suburbs, after being unable to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. This event provided a rare opportunity for participants to experience in-person forest bathing, following the online tours held from August to October 2022.

From October 14-18, 2023, itswellness' interpreter guides provided professional interpretation services for experts in forest medicine and forest bathing at INFOM’s international training & workshop.

Since COVID-19 was reclassified as a Category 5 infectious disease in May 2023, itswellness has resumed regular wellness tours and forest bathing experiences. This autumn, we will conduct tours at Hamarikyu Gardens, East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, Kitanomaru Park, Meiji Shrine, Atago Mountain, Shinjuku Gyoen, and the Institute for Nature Study, with continued safety measures in place.
