We produced a forest bathing experience for business professionals was held at Meiji Shrine.

With support from 'Regional Trading Company Aki Ota' in Aki Ota Town, Hiroshima, we hosted a forest bathing experience at Hijiyama Park for local residents.

itswellness plans to fully resume wellness tours following the reclassification of COVID-19 as a Category 5 infectious disease. Until then, forest bathing experiences will continue to be held at locations such as Hamarikyu Gardens, East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, Kitanomaru Park, and Meiji Shrine, with infection prevention measures in place. Join us for a refreshing experience to relieve daily stress and fatigue.

Due to the state of emergency in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Shinjuku Gyoen forest bathing experience scheduled for January 21 has been canceled. We will resume once conditions improve.

On January 21, 2021, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the 3rd forest bathing experience was held at Shinjuku Gyoen’s 7-9 PARK, featuring a 1km, 1-hour guided session.

On December 17, we held the 2nd forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen’s 7-9 PARK, featuring a 1km, 1-hour guided session.

On November 15, 2020, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, we hosted a public forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen with Dr. Li, one of the world's leading experts in forest bathing. Participants enjoyed a 3km, 2-hour session amidst autumn foliage.
