Myaku-Myaku is the official mascot of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
Its name comes from the Japanese word “myakumyaku,” which means the continuous flow of life, knowledge, and culture passed down through generations.
Myaku-Myaku’s unique appearance — constantly changing shape like water — represents its role in connecting people, bridging the past and the future, and linking local communities with the world.
With its mysterious red, cell-like body wrapped in flowing blue water, Myaku-Myaku symbolizes Osaka’s rich water culture and the potential of humanity to embrace diversity and keep evolving.

ミャクミャクは、大阪・関西万博2025の公式マスコットです。
その名前は、日本語の「脈々」に由来し、世代を超えて受け継がれてきた生命・知恵・文化の絶え間ない流れを意味しているそうです。

ミャクミャクのユニークな姿は、水のように絶えず形を変え、人々をつなぎ、過去と未来を橋渡しし、地域と世界を結びつける役割を表しています。
神秘的な赤い細胞のような本体を、流れる青い水が包み込むデザインは、大阪の豊かな水文化と、多様性を受け入れ進化し続ける人類の可能性を象徴しています。
