Deep within Ashiu Forest, where primeval woodland still flourishes, entry is only allowed when you are accompanied by a locally certified guide. However, the forest’s entrance features an old trolley path that you can explore freely once you have obtained an entry permit in advance.

Stroll slowly along the path, listening to the gentle murmur of the river. It’s a rare and special experience—something few other forests can offer.

原生林が残る芦生の森は、この地域で認められたガイドが同行する時に限り、森の深くに入ることができます。ただし森の入り口にあるトロッコ道は、事前に入山申請を行うことで散策をすることができます。川のせせらぎを聞きながらトロッコ道をゆっくり歩く。他の森ではめったに感じられない特別な時間です。
