The book 'Forest Bathing' by Dr. Qing Li, which we contributed to, is now available nationwide at bookstores.

On December 17, we held the 2nd forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen’s 7-9 PARK, featuring a 1km, 1-hour guided session.

On November 15, 2020, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, we hosted a public forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen with Dr. Li, one of the world's leading experts in forest bathing. Participants enjoyed a 3km, 2-hour session amidst autumn foliage.

itswellness has officially registered as a participating business in the 'Go To Travel' campaign. Services will begin once Tokyo is included in the program from October onward.

The registration process for travel companies under the Go To Travel program will begin soon. We will register and provide online tours tailored to regional infection conditions.

We were featured in the Spring 2020 issue of 'TCVB NEWS,' published by the Tokyo Tourism Foundation, as a new member.

Following the lifting of travel restrictions, we are restarting forest bathing tour announcements. Initially, only day tours will be available, with overnight tours gradually introduced based on regional COVID-19 conditions.

To facilitate the sale of wellness tours, we have officially obtained a travel business license (Tokyo Governor Registration No. 7957). After preparations since 2018, we are excited to finally launch our long-awaited project!
