On May 8, 2021, at 10:00 AM, we conducted a test broadcast of the 3rd virtual tour, 'Shiba Toshogu to Zojoji Fresh Green Walk,' for overseas audiences, followed by a live domestic broadcast at 1:00 PM. Thank you to all who joined!

On April 11, 2021, at 8:00 PM, itswellness' second virtual tour connected Tokyo and Washington D.C. for a live broadcast of 'Tokyo Chidorigafuchi & Washington D.C. Potomac River Cherry Blossom Walk.' Thank you to all who joined!

To bring the joy of travel during the pandemic, we launched our first virtual tour on March 27, 2021, live from Izu Oshima. 'Tokyo-Izu Oshima: Feel the Power of the Earth' introduced viewers to the island’s mystical forests and iconic Oshima cherry blossoms. Thank you to all who joined!

Due to the state of emergency in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Shinjuku Gyoen forest bathing experience scheduled for January 21 has been canceled. We will resume once conditions improve.

On January 21, 2021, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the 3rd forest bathing experience was held at Shinjuku Gyoen’s 7-9 PARK, featuring a 1km, 1-hour guided session.

We will be closed for the year-end and New Year holidays from Friday, December 25, 2020, to Monday, January 3, 2021.

The book 'Forest Bathing' by Dr. Qing Li, which we contributed to, is now available nationwide at bookstores.

On December 17, we held the 2nd forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen’s 7-9 PARK, featuring a 1km, 1-hour guided session.
