itswellness has been selected to showcase forest bathing at the Kyoto Booth in the Kansai Pavilion of the Osaka Expo 2025, opening on April 13, 2025. Further details will be announced as they become available.

We conducted an online learning session on health management in wellness tours.

Our organization's representative participated as an advisor in the forest bathing fieldwork training conducted by the Saga Forest Bathing Association in Saga City.

We had the honor of planning and guiding a Tokyo FAM tour for tour planners from a Canadian travel company. Over three days, we guided participants through Meiji Shrine, Otemachi no Mori, Yanaka-Nezu-Sendagi, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo Garden, Hachioji, and Mt. Takao.

A forest bathing experience for business professionals was held at the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. It was a perfect day for a great tour, with beautiful clear skies.　

This autumn, itswellness will conduct wellness tours and forest bathing experiences in Tokyo’s urban parks, as well as suburban areas such as Okutama and Mt. Takao, and in urban parks in Hiroshima and Fukuoka. Join us to relieve daily and travel-related stress.
