On February 26, 2022, we participated in the 'Online Matching & Networking Event 2024' for interpreter guides and tourism & HR companies in Tokyo, where we introduced itswellness' initiatives and exchanged insights with interpreter guides.

Originally launched in 2021, our learning program for wellness tour guides has been updated and relaunched. The second phase introduces fieldwork components, with the latest session featuring a nature photography workshop & forest bathing at the Institute for Nature Study.

As international travel continues to recover, an online business meeting between New York and Tokyo travel agencies was held, with itswellnes also participating.

itswellness successfully conducted its first forest bathing experience in Okutama, Tokyo’s suburbs, after being unable to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. This event provided a rare opportunity for participants to experience in-person forest bathing, following the online tours held from August to October 2022.

From October 14-18, 2023, itswellness' interpreter guides provided professional interpretation services for experts in forest medicine and forest bathing at INFOM’s international training & workshop.

On September 24, 2008, itswellness was initially founded as an NPO to support cancer patients and their families. As we mark our 15th anniversary, we extend our deepest gratitude to all who have supported us over the years.

Since COVID-19 was reclassified as a Category 5 infectious disease in May 2023, itswellness has resumed regular wellness tours and forest bathing experiences. This autumn, we will conduct tours at Hamarikyu Gardens, East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, Kitanomaru Park, Meiji Shrine, Atago Mountain, Shinjuku Gyoen, and the Institute for Nature Study, with continued safety measures in place.
