As of today, COVID-19 has been reclassified as a Category 5 infectious disease. itswellness will continue implementing safety measures while conducting wellness tours and forest bathing experiences.

itswellness has fully renewed its website, incorporating feedback from the 'itswellness Website Revamp Project' supported by Service Grant from September to December 2022. The new site now supports tour reservations.

With support from 'Regional Trading Company Aki Ota' in Aki Ota Town, Hiroshima, we hosted a forest bathing experience at Hijiyama Park for local residents.

At the Japan Society of Hygiene Annual Meeting held today, itswellness supported a book exhibition booth introducing forest bathing, alongside a symposium on 'The Past, Present, and Future of Forest Medicine Research'.

To facilitate the development and arrangement of wellness tours, we have officially registered as a travel service arrangement business, TOUR OPERATOR(Tokyo Governor Registration No. 20496). This will allow us to expand wellness tour offerings beyond Tokyo.

Until then, forest bathing experiences will continue to be held at locations such as Hamarikyu Gardens, East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, Kitanomaru Park, and Meiji Shrine, with infection prevention measures in place. On February 18, 2022, we participated in the 'Online Matching & Networking Event 2023' for interpreter guides and tourism & HR companies in Tokyo, introducing itswellness' initiatives and exchanging insights with interpreter guides.

itswellness' initiative to develop virtual tours during the COVID-19 pandemic was featured in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s 'New Normal' program as an innovative approach to adapting to travel restrictions.
