We conducted a forest bathing site visit at Otemachi no Mori, located in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, together with Minami Iwaya, Tokyo Tatemono, and Uchiyama Green Space Construction representatives. As a familiar place for business professionals working in Marunouchi, we will explore ways to help them relieve stress and fatigue through forest bathing in this urban oasis.
