On November 15, 2020, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, we hosted a public forest bathing experience at Shinjuku Gyoen with Dr. Li, one of the world’s leading experts in forest bathing. Participants enjoyed a 3km, 2-hour session amidst autumn foliage.
